Enterprise Solutions: Turning Complex Challenges into Intelligent Automation

At Enterprise Solutions, our mission is simple: empower customers to make smarter decisions and eliminate tedious, repetitive tasks through innovative automation and data solutions. Our team thrives on solving complex problems—whether it’s architecting intricate data flows, developing custom applications, or implementing MES solutions. We believe every challenge is an opportunity to deliver real value, and our people are passionate about finding solutions that make a difference.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration. The first step with any new client is understanding their current architecture—databases, networks, servers, and existing platforms. We don’t push one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, we work with what our clients already use, integrating seamlessly with their preferred tools. Versatility is at the heart of our service. Our experts excel in database design, time-series and event-based data historization, report creation from diverse sources, custom scripting, and full-stack software/web development. We understand each customer’s unique needs and craft solutions that fit perfectly—no matter the industry or scale. We are also able to take legacy systems and migrate them to newer software platforms, utilizing our specialized internal tools to efficiently automate the majority of the work.

What truly sets us apart is our ability to bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). Our team’s software development background is rooted in hands-on experience with PLCs and factory operations. We are familiar with best practices for working with OT data, such as ISA-88 and ISA-95, MQTT, segmented network architecture, and OPC UA communication, as well as the best practices of modern software development, including responsive web design, data validation and error handling, database architecture, secure authentication, role-based access control, agile development, unit testing, and version control with Git. We also have a distinct advantage in being able to collaborate with ESCO Automation engineers, whose expertise allows us to modify customer PLCs and unlock access to additional valuable data.

Reliability is a core principle in our system design. We know that factories can’t afford downtime, so we engineer solutions with server redundancy, automated failover, backup strategies, and store-and-forward data systems. Even if the internet goes down or a server fails, our systems keep operations running smoothly, safeguarding critical data and ensuring business continuity. We are well versed in the challenges that come with data in a factory setting and have solutions and processes in place, such as data handshaking to prevent issues with poor networks, development and production environments to eliminate issues on production servers, and automated testing and code reviews to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Once the OT/IT gap has been bridged, we are able to leverage data for powerful business outcomes. Our expertise includes implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), batch solutions, recipe management, custom reports and dashboards, seamless data transmission and integration, automated notifications, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions. We use the latest technologies and applications, including Ignition, TrakSys, FactoryTalk Optix, MQTT, Sepasoft MES, Kanoa, OSI PI, Power BI, Excel, SSRS, SQL Server, and more. This enables us to create intuitive, future-ready interfaces that empower users at every level.

At Enterprise Solutions, service isn’t just a word—it’s our promise. We’re here to turn challenges into opportunities, pain points into progress, and ideas into reality.
